If you're talking about the flag as malware that's because the client has no code signing certificate, Isaac and InsDel are working on fixing that

im pretty sure it doesnt, windows UAC sucks because its been there since vista without changing apart from the style of it, and most common apps were probably either pirated or signed back then so it was fine to make it based on a securite certificate based thing unlike now where the economy sucks so much we cant afford to sign a program
